I'm not getting Weather text messages from Skylert even though I'm signed up for them
11. If you have your phone set up to receive "Weather" SMS alerts, you should receive a text messages. If you do and you didn't receive text messages, then see if you can get texts from Festival Foods.  This will determine if this is an issue with your phone or with Skylert. If you aren't able to get texts from Festival Foods, then you'll have to contact your phone carrier (ex. Cellcom, AT&T, Verizon). Email us if you have questions.
