New Student Enrollment
Welcome to the Pulaski Community School District! We are excited to have your family join our schools and community.
Before you enroll, please be prepared to provide the following documents on the enrollment application:
- Proof of Address: Current utility billing statement, lease agreement or mortgage statement (Required)
- Birth Certificate or Passport (Proof of Birthdate & Guardians is Required)
- Immunization Records
Note: If the required documents are not attached, this will delay processing of the enrollment application.

Please keep in mind that our 4K program is a ONE year program that precedes five-year-old kindergarten and is not designed to be repeated. To be eligible for four-year-old kindergarten, a child must be four years-old on or before Sept. 1 of the school year.

Annual Online Registration (Completed Every Year for Every Student)
The yearly online registration is completed at the beginning of each school year. This is the time to update your general information like: phone numbers, email address, emergency contacts. Completing online registration forms early helps us to complete our beginning of the year processes before school starts. Registration for Fall 2025 begins Monday, July 28, 2025.
Address Change
Families may email the District Registrar at cjwitthuhn@pulaskischools.org or call at 920-822-6009. In the email, please list the parent/guardian names, student names, and new address. If this is the primary address for the student, please upload a document listing proof of residency. Acceptable proof of residency documents include a current dated mortgage statement, offer to purchase, lease agreement or utility invoice.
