Soccer made its debut at Pulaski High School as a varsity level sport in 1989. The sport was previously offered in 1988 as a club activity. Pulaski joined as a member of the Bay Conference for its inaugural season in 1989. The team was first coached by Jim Aldrich and Phil Fleigle. Pulaski competed in the Bay Conference from 1989 to 2006 winning one conference championship under coach Bruce Urben in 1995. The 1995 season also included the program’s first regional championship and a final record of 20-1. This still remains as the most wins in a single season in program history. As a member of the Bay Conference, 46 Pulaski players were named to the all-conference team including 25 first team selections. In 2007 Pulaski left the Bay Conference and, along with other Bay members Bay Port, De Pere, and Ashwaubenon, moved to the newly formed Fox River Classic Conference. Since joining the FRCC, Pulaski has one conference championship in 2011 under Coach Ted Sarosiek. 52 Pulaski players have been named to the FRCC all-conference teams including 19 first team selections. In addition to all-conference selections, Pulaski also had 28 players selected as all-area and five players selected as all-state. The boys soccer program at Pulaski has a long tradition of post-season success. This includes 14 regional championships, five sectional final appearances, and two state final fours. In 2022 Pulaski boys soccer was selected as the recipient of the WIAA’s state tournament Sportsmanship Award. Pulaski boys soccer has an all-time varsity win-loss-tie record of 386-248-50.
