5/7/2026 - The in-person PHS athletic code meeting scheduled for May 17th has been canceled. A skylert notification will be sent out to all families. The athletic code requirement will now be done virtually. Instructions will be sent from the athletic office. As a result of this change:
 
1. Our boys soccer meeting planned for that evening will be rescheduled as a virtual meeting. Our new soccer meeting date will be Monday, May 18 from 8:00-8:30 pm. Again, this will be a virtual meeting and all those on our current mailing list will receive a meeting invite through Google Meet. Both a parent and athlete should attend the meeting. I do plan to record the meeting in the event we have individuals who can not attend.
 
2. I will be sending a separate sign-in form to all soccer parents. We traditionally have parents sign in at the spring meeting to confirm their son will be participating in boys soccer in the fall. This form will be for all those who plan to participate, not just new players. Parents, please make sure to fill out the form if your son plans to participate this fall.
 
 
Are you new to PHS Boys Soccer in 2026?
If you will be new to boys soccer in fall 2026 please use the form below to sign-up. This includes incoming freshmen and anyone else who did not participate during the 2025 season. A parent/guardian should complete the sign-up form. Please have all contact information (phone numbers, email, etc) handy when filling out the form. Once we have your information, you will be added to our communication list to receive email updates. Note: Returning players do not fill out this form.
