Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher
My name is Marissa Steffel and I am the Family and Consumer Sciences teacher at Pulaski Community Middle School where I have been teaching since 2013. Previously I interned at Pulaski High School in the FACS Department where I taught several different classes. I currently teach grades 6th through 8th in the various content areas of FACS such as Foods & Nutrition, Cooking & Baking, Safety & Sanitation, Interior Design, Sewing Construction, Child Development and Personal & Family Relations. Although it is a vast area, I am very passionate about the various areas of FACS and the life-long skills you can learn from our classes.

2010 - Global Perspectives in Education - Study abroad trip to Scotland and Ireland to learn about and work in the educational systems in those countries.
