Pulaski Community Middle School 2025-26 Athletic Registration
It's time to register your student-athlete for the 2025-26 school year!
All athletic registration is done through your Skyward Family Access account. To get your student on the team roster, you need to complete two steps: Online Athletic Form Directions Middle School
- Fill out the Online Forms.
- Add the sport(s) your student will play to Arena Scheduling.
We've noticed that these two steps are often missed, which can delay your student's participation. Please be sure to complete both. You can register for all three sports seasons (fall, winter, and spring) at once if you'd like.
Register for Fall Sports by Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
Fall Sports & Start Dates
- Football (Grades 7-8): August 25
- Equipment Handout: August 21 (7th Grade: 9:00 a.m. | 8th Grade: 10:00 a.m.)
- Cross Country (Grades 6-8): September 2 (First day of school)
- Girls Volleyball (Grades 7-8): September 2 (First day of school)
- Soccer (Grades 6-8): September 2 (First day of school)
Physicals & Participation
To be eligible to play, your student must have a current physical on file and have completed the online forms. Your student's coach will be given a report of eligible athletes on the first day of practice. Students who are missing a current physical or have not completed the online forms will not be able to participate.
You can check the date of your student's last athletic physical in Skyward. Physicals are valid for three years at the middle school level.
You can submit the WIAA Student-Athlete Physical Form by dropping it off at the PCMS Athletics office, emailing it to Tricia Hegbloom at tahegbloom@pulaskischools.org, or faxing it to 920-822-6505 (Attention: PCMS Athletics).
Participation Fee
The one-time, school-year $25 sports participation fee should be paid before your student's first competition or game.
