A Skylert message will be sent out July 10 when Arena Scheduling and Online Forms are turned on in your Skyward Family Access account. Here are the directions you will use at that time when it is open to register your PCMS student athlete in your Skyward Family Access account (Arena Scheduling and Online Forms).
Online PCMS Athletic Form Directions
Completing the Online Forms in your Skyward Family Access account (sport must be listed at the top of all online forms) is what gets your athlete on the coaches report. Then add the sport to Arena Scheduling in skyward. Both steps are part of the sports registration process. Please complete this process prior to Friday, August 18, 2023, for PCMS Fall Sports. You can register for all three sports seasons at that time, if you would like. (Fall, Winter, & Spring)
2023-24 Fall Sports Start Dates:
- Football (Gr. 7-8) - August 21
- Cross Country (Gr. 6-8) - August 28 - 1st Day of School
- Girls Volleyball (Gr. 7-8) - August 28 - 1st Day of School
- Soccer (Gr. 6-8) - August 28 - 1st Day of School
PCMS coaches will be given a report for the first day of practice of who is eligible based on the online forms completed (sport must be listed at the top of the forms) and a current physical listed in skyward. Check for Last Athletic Physical date listed in skyward. Student athletes missing the online forms and/or a physical, will not be able to participate until this is complete.
PCMS Athlete Physical forms can be dropped off at the PCMS Athletics office, emailed toTricia Hegbloom at tahegbloom@pulaskischools.org, or faxed to 920-822-6505 Attention: PCMS Athletics. WIAA Student-Athlete Physical form (PDF). Physicals are good for three years from the date of examination prior to the start of the sport season at the middle school level.
Friendly reminder, the one time school year $20 sports participation fee should be paid by the first competition/game to compete. Thank you for your help with this process.
