End of Year Medication Collection from PCMS:
If your child has medication at school, you will need to pick-up unused medication directly from the PCMS Health Office. The district cannot send unused medications home with your child due to safety concerns. This is true for both prescription and over-the-counter medications. A parent or guardian will need to collect unused medication from school by June 10, 2022. If you need to make additional arrangements for medication collection, please contact the health room at 920-822-6521. Medication not collected by June 10, will be disposed of according to state guidelines.
