To register your PHS student-athlete in your Skyward Family Access account (Arena Scheduling and Online Forms), here are the directions. PHS Online Sports Registration Directions
Completing the Online Forms in your skyward account (sport must be listed at the top of all online forms) is what gets your athlete on the coaches report. Then add the sport to Arena Scheduling in skyward. Both steps are part of the sports registration process. Please complete this process for PHS Spring Sports during the month of February, if you have not done it already or have to make a change. Below is the WIAA calendar.
WIAA Extended Calendar (2022-23, 2023-24)
2022-23 Spring Sports Start Dates: Please make sure your Online Forms are completed by March 1st and a current physical on file in skyward.
Track & Field (Boys & Girls): March 6th
Girls Softball: March 13th
Baseball: March 20th (Pitchers/Catchers March 13th)
Girls Soccer: March 20th
Boys Tennis: March 27th
Boys Golf: March 27th
PHS coaches will be given a report for the first day of practice of who is eligible based on the online forms completed (sport must be listed at the top of the forms) and a current physical listed in skyward. Check for Last Athletic Physical date listed in skyward. Student athletes missing the online forms and/or a physical, will not be able to participate until this is complete.
PHS Athlete Physical forms can be dropped off at the PHS Athletics office, emailed to jlolson@pulaskischools.org, or faxed to 920-822-6707 Attention: PHS Athletics. WIAA Student-Athlete Physical form (PDF). Please return the Medical Eligibility form to the PHS Athletic office. Physicals are good for two years from the date of examination prior to the start of the sport season at the high school level.
Friendly reminder, the one time school year $30 sports participation fee should be paid by the first competition/performance/game to compete. Thank you for your help with this process.
