Hi!  My name is Cathy Franke and I teach 4th grade at Hillcrest Elementary.  I graduated from UW-Whitewater and have been teaching since 2007.  My husband and I are from the Milwaukee area and moved to Pulaski in 2015, and started teaching in the district in 2019.  I love teaching in my community.  I enjoy meeting students where they are at and watching them explore, learn, and grow throughout the year.  I can't wait for a year full of fun and learning with your child!
