High School Online Athletic Registration Directions

Online registration for fall sports for the 2024-25 school year will be open in your Skyward Family Access account July 10-August 15. Arena scheduling, online forms and a physical on file will need to be completed prior to practices. Physical paperwork should be submitted to the PHS athletic office. Reminder, WIAA physicals are good for two years.
High School Online Athletic Registration Directions
This process should be completed for:
Football, before August 2
Dance before July 25
Girls Golf, before August 8
Girls Tennis, before August 9
Girls Swim, before August 9
Boys Soccer, before August 15
Cross Country, before August 15
Volleyball, before August 15
