PHS Fall Sports 2023-24 Athletic Online Registration Now Open
To register your PHS student-athlete in your Skyward Family Access account (Arena Scheduling and Online Forms), here are the directions. PHS Online Sports Registration Directions
Completing the Online Forms in your skyward account (sport must be listed at the top of all online forms) is what gets your athlete on the coaches report. Then adding the sport to Arena Scheduling in skyward is what assigns the $30 fee. Both steps are part of the sports registration process. Please complete this process for PHS Fall Sports during the month of July. Below is the WIAA calendar. You can register for all three sports seasons if you would like. (Fall, Winter, & Spring).

2023-24 Fall Sports Start Dates: Please make sure your Online Forms are completed before August 1st and a current physical on file in skyward.
Dance (register by Monday, July 24th)

Girls Golf (August 7th)
Girls Tennis (August 8th)
Girls Swim (August 8th)
Cross Country (August 14th)
Girls Volleyball (August 14th)
Boys Soccer (August 14th)
PHS coaches will be given a report for the first day of practice of who is eligible based on the online forms completed (sport must be listed at the top of the forms) and a current physical listed in skyward. Check for Last Athletic Physical date listed in skyward. Student athletes missing the online forms and/or a physical, will not be able to participate until this is complete.
PHS Athlete Physical forms can be dropped off at the PHS Athletics office, emailed to jlolson@pulaskischools.org, or faxed to 920-822-6707 Attention: PHS Athletics. WIAA Student-Athlete Physical form (PDF). Please return the Medical Eligibility form to the PHS Athletic office. Physicals are good for two years from the date of examination prior to the start of the sport season at the high school level.
Friendly reminder, the one time school year $30 sports participation fee should be paid by the first competition/performance/game to compete. Thank you for your help with this process.

2023-24 PHS Annual Mandatory Athletic Code Meeting (May)
Friendly reminder........ The PHS Annual Mandatory Athletic Code Meeting for all incoming 9-12 grade students for the 2023-24 school year was held Sunday, May 21, 2023. ALL potential high school athletes (no matter what season they compete) were to attend with a parent. PHS Fall sports meetings followed the code meeting. (PHS Fall Sports (F): Cross Country, Football, Girls' Golf, Girls' Swimming, Girls' Tennis, Girls' Volleyball, Boys' Soccer, & Dance)
If you missed this important meeting, it will be up to each student-athlete and family to watch the video that was recorded of the meeting. Also your child will want to follow up with the head coach of the sport(s) they play or will play this school year to make sure they didn't miss anything. If your child plans to participate in a PHS Fall sport, make sure to contact that head coach for important information about summer opportunities or expectations shared at the May 21st meeting. https://www.pulaskischools.org/high/athletics
