2021-22 PHS Online Sports Registration
Please register your PHS student athlete in your Skyward Family Access account (Arena Scheduling and Online Forms). Here are the directions for registering online: PHS Online Sports Registration Directions
Completing the Online Forms in your skyward account (sport must be listed at the top of all online forms) is what gets your athlete on the coaches report. Then add the winter/spring sport to Arena Scheduling in skyward. Both steps are part of the sports registration process. Please complete this process prior to Monday, November 1st for PHS Winter sports. You may register your athlete for all sports seasons at one time or just before each season (July, October, February). Below are the updated WIAA calendar start dates for our sports seasons.

2021-22 Winter Sports Season Start Dates
Hockey (November 8th) PHS Hockey (male/female) players still need to complete our registration and we will share that info with our co-op hockey coaches. PHS Boys Hockey co-ops with Ashwaubenon. PHS Girls Hockey co-ops with Bay Port. We will share a coaches report with those schools.
Girls Basketball (November 8th)
Boys Basketball (November 15th)
Wrestling (November 15th)
Boys Swim (November 15th)
Dance- is already registered from the Fall season
PHS coaches will be given a report for the first day of practice of who is eligible based on the online forms completed (sport must be listed at the top of the forms) and a current physical listed in skyward. Check for Last Athletic Physical. Student athletes missing the online forms and/or a physical, will not be able to participate until this is complete.
PHS Athlete Physical forms can be dropped off at the PHS Athletics office, emailed to jlolson@pulaskischools.org, or faxed to 920-822-6707 Attention: PHS Athletics. WIAA Student-Athlete Physical form (PDF). Physicals are good for two years from the date of examination prior to the start of the season at the high school level.
Friendly reminder, the one time school year $30 sports participation fee should be paid by the first competition/performance/game to compete. Thank you for your help with this process.
