The Annual Mandatory Athletic Code (May) Meeting for all incoming 9-12 grade students for the 2021-22 school year (currently in grades 8-11) will be virtual again this year. ALL potential high school athletes (no matter what season they compete) must view the presentation with a parent and complete the form to mark their attendance.

2021-22 Athletic Online Registration
Mid-July, we will turn on Arena Scheduling and Online Forms in your Skyward Family Access account and send a skylert (email) to let you know it is ready for you to register your athlete(s). Here are the directions for registering online: High School Online Athletic Registration Directions
Completing the Online Forms in your skyward account (sport must be listed at the top of all online forms) is what gets your athlete on the coaches report. Then add the fall/winter/spring sport to Arena Scheduling in skyward. Both steps are part of the sports registration process. Please complete this process prior to Monday, July 26th. Below is the WIAA calendar start dates for our sports seasons.

PHS coaches will be given a report for the first day of practice of who is eligible based on the online forms completed (sport must be listed at the top of the forms) and a current physical listed in skyward. Check for Last Athletic Physical. Student athletes missing the online forms and/or a physical, will not be able to participate until this is complete.
PHS Athlete Physical forms can be dropped off at the PHS Athletics office, emailed to jlolson@pulaskischools.org, or faxed to 920-822-6707 Attention: PHS Athletics. WIAA Student-Athlete Physical form (PDF). Physicals are good for two years from the date of examination at the high school level.
Friendly reminder, the one time school year $30 sports participation fee should be paid by the first competition/performance/game to compete. Thank you for your help with this process.
