Deadline to Register for Fall BBR Program is September 11, 2020

Fall BBR with a twist!  This Build a Better Raider experience is designed to give students the opportunity to learn bodyweight training concepts and techniques used for improving their athletic ability. Students will learn the fundamentals of body weight training, resistance strength training, aerobic training, and overall fitness training with conditioning. This performance enhancement-training program will provide the opportunity to maximize athletic potential while reducing the risk of injury.  Fall BBR will help student athletes prepare for upcoming winter and spring sport seasons through strength and speed training and more sport specific skill activities.

Students that sign-up will be emailed prior to the start of PHS Fall BBR with more details.  PHS students interested in attending this session should submit the form emailed to them by Friday, September 11th to register. This opportunity will run from September 17th (until November 13th) for 8 weeks from 3-5pm at PHS on their cohort days. Cohort A students will attend in-person on Mondays/Tuesdays and cohort B students will attend in-person on Thursdays/Fridays. Students should check their school email for the link to sign up.
