Update: 2020-2021 Athletic Online Registration Dates
PHS Fall Sports Registration Update 7/29/20
Arena Scheduling and Online Forms were turned on in your Skyward Family Access account July 14th. Here are the directions for registering online: High School Online Athletic Registration Directions
Completing the Online Forms in your skyward account (sport must be listed at the top of all 4 forms) is what gets your athlete on the coaches report. Adding the sports to Arena Scheduling in skyward puts them in the activity. Both steps are part of the sports registration process
Update: Fall sport athletes please register online before the following dates:
Girls Golf Wednesday, August 26th (start date September 1st)
Girls Tennis Wednesday, August 26th (start date September 1st)
Girls Swim Wednesday, August 26th (start date September 1st)
Cross Country Wednesday, August 26th (start date September 1st)
Volleyball Friday, August 28th (start date September 7th)
Boys Soccer Friday, August 28th (start date September 7th)
Football Friday, August 28th (start date September 7th)
Dance (registration complete) start date September 7th
PHS coaches will be given a report for the first day of practice of who is eligible based on the online forms completed (sport must be listed at the top of the forms) and a current physical listed in skyward. Check for Last Athletic Physical. Student athletes missing the online forms and/or a physical, will not be able to participate until this is complete.
PHS Athlete Physical forms can be dropped off at the PHS Athletics office, emailed to jlolson@pulaskischools.org, or faxed to 920-822-6707 Attention: PHS Athletics. WIAA Student-Athlete Physical form (PDF). Physicals are good for two years from the date of examination at the high school level.
Friendly reminder, the one time yearly $30 sports participation fee should be paid by the first competition/performance/game in September. This year we have made an adjustment and will assign the $30 fee in September. More details will be sent skylert email when the $30 fee is assigned. Thank you for your help with this process.

Additional information, Stop the Spread of Germs. As PHS students return to the building in July/August/September, the expectation is for them to wash their hands and wear a mask upon entering the PHS building. Any questions or concerns, please contact the PHS Athletic office at 822-6705.
Safety is the number one priority as students and coaches return to interscholastic athletic-based educational activities. We want as many students involved as possible, but know that as we continue to monitor the safety by the local, state and national guidelines, different parameters set by Pulaski Community school District could change at any time. Student athletes and coaches are encouraged to stay home if they are sick or someone in their house is sick at any point throughout this process. Thank you for your help and understanding.
