Our senior class met with a Herff Jones representative to discuss graduation orders. During that meeting, a packet of information was distributed to students with cap & gown ordering information, as well as other graduation memorabilia. PHS order days will be Thursday, November 1 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and during P/T conferences from 3:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. and again on Friday, November 2 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. All orders placed on either of these days will receive free shipping & handling. Herff Jones representatives be available to take orders, answer questions and accept payments both days in the PHS Commons.
Here are a few reminders:
1. Cap, gown and tassel price is $28.50, plus tax. Please make your check or money order payable to Herff Jones.
2. This is the only opportunity to save on shipping and handling. All orders placed after November 2 will include S&H.
3. Full payment for all orders is due on or before March 1, 2019. You may mail your check or money order directly to Herff Jones, pay online, or your child can bring payment in the form of cash, check or money (payable to Herff Jones) on November 1st or 2nd and drop if off with the Herff representative.
4. The deadline to order PHS announcements or graduation memorabilia using the order form is January 11, 2019; only online orders will be accepted after this date.
5. Orders received prior to January 11, 2019 will be delivered directly to your home; orders received after this date will be shipped to PHS in April along with the caps and gowns.
6. Cap and gown distribution will be some time in early April. We will share that date with you once it has been scheduled.
