Winter Sport athletes please register online before the following dates:
- Girls Basketball Thursday, November 1st (starts November 5th)
- Boys & Girls Hockey Thursday, November 1st (starts November 5th)
- Boys Basketball Thursday, November 8th (starts November 12th)
- Wrestling Thursday, November 8th (starts November 12th)
- Boys Swim Thursday, November 8th (starts November 12th)
PHS coaches will be given a report for the first day of practice of who is eligible based on the online forms completed and a current physical listed in skyward. Check for Last Athletic Physical. PHS Athlete Physical forms can be dropped off at the PHS Athletics office or faxed to 920-822-6707 Att: PHS Athletics. WIAA Student Athlete Physical form (PDF).
Friendly reminder, the one time yearly $30 sports participation fee is due before the first competition. This fee can be paid online in your skyward family access account or send a check to the PHS Athletics office.
