Eligibility
- Must be a Pulaski High School student that has completed or is currently enrolled in St. Norbert's Calculus I or II
- Must be attending an accredited 4 year university in the fall of 2024
Requirements
- Complete the Mike and Jean Berken Scholarship Application Form
- An essay not to exceed one side of a sheet of paper that addresses: A person that has been influential in your life and how that person influenced you
- Provide an official Pulaski High School transcript through your first 7 semesters
- Provide a letter of recommendation from a Pulaski High School Mathematics or Science teacher.
- Above requirements: Application form, essay, transcript and letter of recommendation must be placed in an 8.5 by11 inch envelope addressed to “Mike and Jean Berken Mathematics Scholarship” and turned into Student Services by Thurssday, April 12, 2024 at 3:00 PM
