  • Due Date: April 30, 2014
  • Amount: $500

Requirements

  1. Be a senior at Pulaski High School who is currently in band or choir.
  2. Major or Minor in Music at a College or University in the fall.
  3. Provide recommendation letters from three people - one of which must be a PHS music teacher and one from someone outside of music.
  4. Mail completed application form and letters of recommendation, no later than April 5th to: The Pulaski Music Boosters, ATTN: PMB College Scholarship, P.O. Box 441, Pulaski, WI 54162
  5. Late and/or incomplete applications WILL NOT be accepted.

Awards

A maximum of 3 scholarships may be awarded annually; the total of the awards will not exceed $1500, with a maximum scholarship of $500 per student.
