Attention All Students! Are you interested in an awesome opportunity to make something amazing? Make48 is a fast-paced invention competition where teams come up with an idea, build a working prototype, and pitch it to judges - all based on a real-world challenge from a sponsoring company. Our competition is being sponsored by The Village Companies, right here in Pulaski.
Teams don’t need any prior experience. They focus on ideas while skilled “Tool Techs” handle the fabrication using professional tools and makerspaces. It’s a unique blend of creativity, teamwork, and hands-on learning. Since 2015, Make48 has hosted over 40 competitions across the country. The journey is captured in a nationally broadcast TV docuseries - now in its 9th season, streaming on Roku’s This Old House Makers channel. In 2025-2026, Make48 launches into schools nationwide with a semester-long curriculum.
If this is something you are interested in, please see Mrs. Couch or Mr. Wudtke to gain additional info and/or to sign up for the group. These meetings will be held during GO Time this year!
