All Student Announcements:
Sophia Friedman performed great this weekend. She not only dropped time and made a new personal best but also made it to the finals on Friday night and Saturday night. She is now one of the top 15, 100 Freestyle swimmers in the State! She also managed to accomplish dropping in ranking to the top 14 in the state in the 50 Freestyle. What an exciting weekend! She did a fantastic job and dropped time in her other events as well and we are very proud of her. There are some fast kiddos from around the state. Great job Sophia!
Don’t forget to submit your Committed Pulaski Raiders (CPR) T-Shirt design, which is due by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14. Please bring your design to the main office. Here are the design expectations to follow:
- Must spell out “Committed Pulaski Raider”
- Can also have “CPR” on it
- Design on a regular plain 8.5 x 11 sheet of printer paper
- Design is for one side only
- Can have up to 2 colors
- On the back of the paper please put full name, grade, and homeroom teacher
Our next Student Council Meeting will be Wednesday, March 13, 3:00-4:15 p.m. in the PCMS commons. We will be talking about spring break dress ups, Teen Wellness Day and May activities. See you there!
Team Teddy is still looking for more volunteers to work the Root Beer Float Stand for tonight’s Friday Fun Night! Please sign up on the sign up sheet outside Mrs. Henn's door or on the doc she emailed out!
Just a reminder, that TONIGHT is Friday Fun Night and will take place from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. This lock-in style event will include a variety of activities to celebrate our students’ success, such as dodgeball, bingo, video games, movies, dance, basketball, volleyball and much more.
- Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and close at 6:45 p.m.
- Late arrivals or early pickups must have a note signed by a principal by the end of the school day TODAY on Friday, March 8. Late arrivals or early pickups will take place through the Pool Doors.
- Student I.D. or $5.00 required for entry
- Concessions will be sold
- IF planning to swim, students must bring a swimsuit and towel
- Phy Ed locker rooms will be locked; Swim locker room will be available
- 6th Grade enter at Door 1
- 7th Grade at Door 2
- 8th Grade at Pool Doors
- Student dismissal from the event will be at 9:00 p.m. We recommend students coordinate a pick up spot ahead-of-time with your parent/guardian.
The next FFA meeting, which will be to run Officer Elections, will be held at PCMS on March 18 at 6:30 p.m. A bean bag toss tournament will follow elections. All official FFA members are encouraged to attend and vote.
