- Why does Ronald McDonald collect pop tabs? Ronald McDonald’s partner, United Scrap Metal, buys the pop tabs from them at market rate and makes an additional charitable contribution. While the price of aluminum changes regularly, they receive an average of 40 to 55 cents per pound. When you collect one million pop tabs, you become a member of our Thanks-a-Million program. Let’s help make PCMS and Team Teddy a member of the Thanks a Million Program! Bring in your Pop Tabs during lunch this week!!! Team Teddy will run their Pop Tab Drive starting on Monday January 22- Friday January 26th. Remember this is a homeroom contest!!! Thank you for your support and willingness to donate to our cause.
- Lost & Found Update: Every Friday, all items that are left in the commons shelving & hooks lost & found area will be moved to the tables that we have placed in the hallway right outside the school store. Those items will stay here for a week, giving everyone enough time to look through to find a lost item. After one week, those items will be bagged up and donated. All smaller items, such as jewelry, airpods, wallets, glasses etc… will be in the main office.
