Lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet! Come and participate in the fastest growing high school and college sport! No experience is required to join this group. Learn the basics of lacrosse, including proper technique for: faceoffs, shooting, passing, catching, cradling, dodging, ground balls, riding, defense and goalie.
