During the cold weather months, bus drivers depart on their morning routes earlier to allow for icy roads and inclement weather. This may cause students at the beginning of the route being picked up 10 minutes earlier, however, at the end of the route, the students may be picked up at their normal time or even later than their scheduled time. We ask that students be ready at least 10 minutes earlier than their scheduled times.
The Transportation Department will use Skylert to send text messages and emails whenever a bus is running unusually late. We will also deviate other buses to assist whenever possible, so students should always be on alert for a bus coming through.
