Hello!
My name is Leslie Buttrick and I am the Learning Support Teacher (LST) at Sunnyside Elementary School. I am very passionate about teaching and learning and continually work to engage my students in fun and enriching ways. I feel privileged to teach in a district that strives for academic excellence.

Experience
I began my teaching career in 1998 in Ashburn, Virginia where I taught Pre-K and 4th grade. After taking time off to raise my children, I returned to education as a Substitute Teacher for the Pulaski Community School District. This opportunity allowed me to teach in 5 out of the 7 wonderful schools in the district! I also taught 3rd grade in Green Bay and was a 4th Grade Teacher here at Sunnyside, prior to becoming an LST.
