1 - $2500 award to a graduating senior who is attending Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in their Electrical Power Distribution program (parents must be OEC members)

Students must submit supporting material with their application
- Copy of high school transcripts
- Copy of ACT scores
- Summary page of school, group, club, community, and employment activities
- One page essay on future school, life, and career goals
- One third-party letter of reference
- All sheets must be one sided
