ALL NON-COACHING STAFF & TEACHERS MUST REQUEST SCHOOL VEHICLES THROUGH "MY LEARNING PLAN."
This form is to be completed by District Administators, Special Education Staff, and Coaching Staff only. Please fill out a form for each day needed. The requestor will be responsible for picking up and dropping off at the times requested. If you have questions, cancellations or changes in the times, please notify ALAN WOOD - Fleet Coordinator, at (920) 822-6042 as soon as possible. Drivers of school vehicles must be aware of Alternative Vehicle Law applicable. Drivers must have proper alternative vehicle paperwork on file with the District in order to request a school vehicle.
