Requirements
- Be a senior at Pulaski High School who is currently in band or choir.
- Major or Minor in Music at a College or University in the fall.
- Provide recommendation letters from three people - one of which must be a PHS music teacher and one from someone outside of music, and the third the applicant's choice.
- Mail completed application form and letters of recommendation, no later than April 2nd to: The Pulaski Music Boosters, ATTN: PMB College Scholarship, P.O. Box 441, Pulaski, WI 54162
- Late and/or incomplete applications WILL NOT be accepted.
Awards
The total of the awards will not exceed $1500, with a maximum scholarship of $500 per student.
