- Open to any Pulaski High School student
- Acceptance into a program at a post-secondary school
- GPA, involvement in Legion activities (Legion baseball, Badger Boy or Badger Girl, band activities, playing taps, etc.), co-curricular involvement, community service, financial need

Two $750 scholarships.
