NEW COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT VACCINATION GUIDELINES
STARTING OCTOBER 1st, 2012
Beginning October 1st, 2012, if you have insurance that covers vaccines you will have to make an appointment with your physician to get vaccinated.
The health departments will continue to provide immunizations for:

Children who have no insurance, Medicaid, Native American/Alaska Native, or the insurance does not cover a particular vaccine

Adults who have no insurance or the insurance does not cover a particular vaccine
Current exceptions to this ruling are: flu shots and pertussis containing vaccines like Tdap.

IMMUNIZATION CLINICS: By appointment only, call 715-526-4808.
Cost: $5 per vaccine administration fee. No one will be denied due to inability to pay.
Our immunization clinics are held by appointment:
? Courthouse Room 102- Morning and afternoon appointments offered monthly.
? Wittenberg Community Center - Tuesday after every 3rd Monday
Note: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.
