All applicants must be graduating from a Wisconsin public or private high school in 2013 and plan to attend a Wisconsin public or private college or vocational technical institute in 2013. Students compete by submitting an essay on the following topic:
"Should state funds be used to assist in the maintenance and construction of local roads, and if so, from what types of funding sources?"
Essay only!!! Printed, not hand-written, essay should be between 500 and 1000 words and double spaced.
Essays must include a bibliographic listing sources used!! |
