Coach Schneider has 19 years of experience coaching high school soccer in Wisconsin. He has coached over 400 W.I.A.A. sanctioned boys soccer games at both the varsity and junior varsity level. He was hired as the head coach for boys soccer at Pulaski High School in 2015. Since then Coach Schneider's Red Raider teams have won seven regional championships (2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023), appeared in three sectional finals (2015, 2021, 2022), and made one appearance at state (2022). Prior to Pulaski he spent five years (2010-2014) as head coach at Freedom High School. The Irish were ranked fifth statewide in the D3 soccer coaches poll during Coach Schneider’s final year with Freedom in 2014. Coach Schneider also served as junior varsity head coach on the staff at Bay Port High School from 2005-2009.
 
In addition to coaching at the high school level Coach Schneider has spent time as a staff coach for a number of area soccer clubs. He was general manager for Duck Creek (DC) Express men’s soccer club of the Northern Wisconsin Men's Soccer League from 2008-2020. The club appeared in four league finals and won two championships. He also served as the league president for four years (2013-2016).
 
In 2017 Coach Schneider was voted as the Fox River Classic Conference Coach of the Year. During the 2019 season he achieved 100 career varsity wins with the Red Raiders 6-0 defeat of conference opponent Sheboygan North. Since 2017 the Red Raiders are one of only three FRCC teams (Green Bay Preble, Notre Dame Academy) to finish with a winning conference record each year. Pulaski was the recipient of the 2022 WIAA State Tournament Sportsmanship Award for boys soccer.
 
Coach Schneider has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He is a licensed Wisconsin real estate appraiser and is owner of Direct Value Appraisal. Coach Schneider and his wife Cassandra live in Hobart with their daughter Emery.
 
MIKE DOMBROWSKI

Coach Dombrowski has 14 years of coaching experience at the high school varsity level. He began his career as a varsity assistant with Coach Schneider at Freedom High School (2010-2014) and continued in that role at Pulaski High School. Coach Dombrowski has also spent time as staff coach for the United Hurricanes Soccer Club (now Wisconsin United FC). He has over 18 years of playing experience in the Northern Wisconsin Soccer League (NWSL) and has served on the disciplinary board for the league as well.
 
Coach Dombrowski and his wife Vicki live in De Pere with their two children.

Coach Weiland came on board as junior varsity head coach in 2015 to round out the new coaching staff under Coach Schneider. An all-conference player in high school for Notre Dame Academy, Coach Weiland brings a wealth of knowledge and playing experience at many levels including club, high school, and college. He played his collegiate soccer at Edgewood College and was a member of the 2005 conference champion Eagles team that earned the school's most recent NCAA tournament bid. Coach Weiland is instrumental in preparing our underclassmen players for varsity level soccer ensuring our program's continued success.
 
Coach Weiland and his wife Alissa live in Ashwaubenon with their two sons.

Coach Perrault joined the boys soccer coaching staff in 2018. A Green Bay native, Coach Perrault is well-versed in the northeast Wisconsin soccer culture. He brings 12+ years of experience playing in the local competitive mens soccer league. His fundamental and inclusive coaching style works well in developing players of varying skill sets and he has a keen eye for spotting talent early on in players. In addition to his role on the boys soccer coaching staff, Coach Perrault also serves as the head coach for girls varsity soccer at Green Bay East High School.

Coach Peterson joined the boys soccer staff in the fall of 2021. He grew up in Howard and played his club soccer for United Hurricanes (now Wisconsin United FC). He then attended Bay Port High School where he played soccer all four years. Coach Peterson is passionate about leading his players and providing a great experience for all those on the team. He has been successful teaching younger players with basic skills and developing them into confident soccer athletes. In addition to coaching, Coach Peterson also plays competitively in the mens Northern Wisconsin Soccer League.
