This form includes Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguisher and Emergency Wall Pack Tests. Must be completed monthly during the school year.
This is for Fire Alarms Only and can be used in place of the Monthly Emergency Systems Test form providing a paper copy of the Fire Extinguisher Tests are documented and turned in to the Facilities Department.
