4K/EC Request for Alternate Bus Stop
This form is valid for the 2023-2024 school year only. It is a request for your child to be picked up or dropped off at a location other than a home address. Alternate bus stops must be in the same attendance area. Upon completion of this form, it will be submitted directly to the Transportation Department.
- This form must been received by July 15 (prior to the beginning of the school year).
- Alternate addresses must be on an existing bus route for the school requested. (Bus routes will not deviate outside the attendance boundaries to accommodate an alternate stop location).
- There must be enough room on the bus for the student.
- The students bus stop schedule must be at a consistent location Monday-Thursday.
- During the school year, forms must be received a minimum of five days before service will start.
- Transportation will respond to your request by email.
